We are officially over a full week into the New Year and I am definitely feeling like 2019 is going to be awesome! Current situation…on a plane, flying to Southern California to hang out with and learn from other TOP leaders in Chalk Couture. 2018 was a year of finding my footing and clearing the fog and now I am ready to tackle 2019 with a strong vision and purpose! {and apparently a lot of exclamation points}

Here is what I know – I LOVE giving handmade/crafted gifts, giving gifts is my “love language” and crafting is my passion. Seriously, is there a more uplifting feeling than giving a gift to someone that you have put thought and time into? PLUS, crafting is like therapy for me. I also know, very clearly, that I am NOT an artist…and I have next to ZERO free time…so what gives!? You don’t have to be “artistic” to be “crafty”…you just DON’T! AND, furthermore, crafting doesn’t have to be time consuming…lies, ALL LIES! This is what I truly figured out in 2018.

SO, back to purpose and vision….this year I want to empower women (mainly moms-let’s be real, mom’s are the ones who need the most help) to find their inner-crafter and show them how easy (and affordable) it can be to make beautiful things within the nooks and crannies of their day. Whether they want to create for themselves, to make an income or simply for gift giving; the pride of creating should be something everyone is afforded and I want to make that possible!

PS. We are not talking about toilet-paper roll crafts, AND we are not talking about expensive die-cutting machines…we are talking: beautiful, affordable, simple.
