So for real…should I stay in my house or is it OK now to leave and wander into the wild Wild West of COVID-19??

Most of Texas is opening up and I am starting to dip my toe in the virus-tainted water and go out in public. Are you like me and finding yourself “feeling out” your friends and family to see if they are also as cavalier as you and want to meet up {safely of course}?
